New baby, new questions, I’ve got you!

In the early days, everything feels new — from feeding to figuring out how to leave the house (on time? what even is that?).

Whether you’re eyeing up baby massage, wondering what actually happens in class, or stressing about your baby crying mid-session (spoiler: totally fine), this page covers the questions I hear most often — before classes, during sessions, and in ‘The Mama Spring VIP Group‘ on Facebook (which you can join here if you’ve been to a class).

These sessions are made for real life, real babies, and real mums — messy bits and all..

Honestly? That’s normal. All of it. These classes are baby-led, so you can feed, cuddle, rock, change a nappy or just sit and breathe. If your baby naps, you’ll still learn loads you can try at home. No one’s judging — this is a safe, supportive space where you don’t have to pretend everything’s perfect.

Just the usual baby bag bits (nappies, wipes, milk if you’re bottle feeding) and a blanket for your baby to lie on.

I provide everything else — including mats, sensory props, oil for massage, and a warm, welcoming vibe. Just come as you are.

Yes — classes run in blocks of 4–6 weeks, depending on the term. This gives you time to settle in, watch your baby’s development unfold, and build real connections with other local mums.

Once you’re booked onto a block, be invited to a WhatsApp group just for that class — perfect for chatting between sessions, sharing milestones, or just knowing you’re not the only one up at 3am.

Spaces are limited and usually fill quickly, but if there are any spots left, I release a few PAYG (pay-as-you-go) spaces about a week before the block starts — keep an eye on my socials or message me to be added to the waiting list.
