From Blogs to Journal: A New Chapter

For a while, this page has been home to my blogs.
They’re still here, if you want to scroll back, you’ll find lots of reflections and resources I’ve written along the way.
But from today, I’m doing things differently.
Blogging never really felt like me.
I’m not about polished articles or step-by-step guides.
I’m about raw feelings, messy musings, late-night thoughts, and honest reflections on pregnancy, birth, and motherhood, right here in Grimsby and Cleethorpes.
So, welcome to The Mama Spring Journal.
It’s part of The Mama Spring – my space for helping women feel calm, capable, and completely in control through pregnancy, birth, and motherhood.
This Journal is where those ideas come to life. It’s not about information; it’s about transformation.
This is where you’ll find the nitty-gritty: the moments that made me laugh, cry, whisper “I can’t do this”, as well as the lessons, tools, and truths I’ve picked up along the way.
I’ll be sharing in lots of ways: sometimes in writing, sometimes as voice notes, sometimes even little video diaries — and sometimes a mix of them all.
However it comes, it will always be real.
